Kottage Knechtion Treehouse

This amazing Nebraska treehouse cabin is set 18 foot in the air and is nestled between two beautiful cottonwood trees.

Made from reclaimed and repurposed materials, this stunning tree house hotel in Nebraska overlooks five acres of detailed landscaping, and the vacation rental is the perfect place to experience a spectacular Nebraska sunrise or sunset.

There are beautiful lower and upper decks which are great for morning coffees, or evenings with a book.

This Nebraska treehouse hotel is great for couples or for a solo getaway, and is designed to allow you to disconnect from the outside world.

Breakfast is included at the Koffie Knechtion coffee shop which sells lattes, cappuccinos, coffee ,quiches, burritos, oatmeal, homemade muffins and biscuits and gravy on the weekends.

Guest have access to all the grounds, as well as access to a private shower just recently built inside the greenhouse a short distance from the treehouse and adjacent to the Koffie Knechtion.

Located 6 minutes from old historic 4th street in downtown Sioux City, 5 minutes from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and 10 minutes from Ponca State Park and Dorothy Picate Nature Center.

Maureen and Darvin are wonderful hosts who saw to our every need.

The treehouse is very comfortable with amazing attention to detail, and a charm all its own, and the breakfast at the Kottage Knechtion was excellent.
