This family tree house, is located close to the heartbeat of the Village, Pier, Lighthouse and Neptune Park Play area of St. Simons Island in Georgia.

Enter through the front porch into the quaint sitting room with a smart TV.

There is a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave single serve coffee maker, blender and toaster oven.

There is dining seating for 4 guests and a high top at entry for 3 guests.

Behind the spiral staircase and off the kitchen is a bedroom with a full size bed (32″ smart TV), adjoining a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub with a shower.

Beyond this bedroom is a hall bathroom with a shower for additional guest use.

Winding up the spiral staircase (15-steps) to the loft area are 2 full size beds (32″ smart TV), 2 seat sofa and a chair, with access to the screened in upper porch.

Only a five minute walk to Harbourtown, the island’s favorite iconic marina.

You will find all sorts of activities in town, including boating, kayaking, shops, Live music (seasonally) & some of the best restaurants on the island.

This unique, octagon style home is designed with ceiling to floor glass walls to experience being amongst the tall magnificent trees & nature that surrounds you.

Bicycle trails abound here in SeaPines, with shaded trails winding through the trees with much wonderful nature to explore.

Bike paths bring you to many amazing & breathtaking sights, including marsh fields with flocks of birds, a wonderful horse & animal farm & nature preserve parks.

The beach of course is close by (One of Nana’s favorite things to do is bike ride on the beach).

The ocean is an easy 20 minute bicycle ride to the SeaPines beach club where you can enjoy the beach or listen to live music at one of the restaurants and outdoor bars.
